Coaching myself through these tough times

As many of you have heard, my Dad lost his 4 year battle with prostate cancer on November 16th. It has been especially hard because I cannot go back to Missouri right now as I had a knee replacement on November 3rd. It has definitely been the hardest 3 weeks of my life with physical and emotional pain and sometimes not even knowing which is which. I've had to do a lot of thought work and I am so extremely grateful for my husband, my friends and family from afar, and my local friends who have stopped by with meals, flowers, cards, and most importantly hugs and distraction from the pain. I have been allowing myself to feel all the feels, but at the same time working on reframing my thoughts in order to suffer less. I'm working on Dad's euology, picture/video montage to his favorite music, and picking out the right pictures for the Memorial cards. I also need to send out Christmas cards, yikes! But today, I took a break from that to work on my website for Evolve Life Coaching. I am definitely evolving and learning so much in the process. There is so much to do and to get overwhelmed with but I am focusing on having fun throughout the process. I'm going to be offering some Black Friday deals on my website, so I have to work on those as well. If you think you might need a boost in 2026, now is the time to sign up!
