The Happiness Project for our group started 3 days ago and I'm feeling great!  I'm focusing on BOOSTING ENERGY and so far, I've done well with exercising, getting outside, organizing, getting good sleep and not drinking alcohol.  Dustin and I have both been focusing on more laughter to energize us and it's so easy to do!  I did set my goal to blog every Wednesday and that did not happen yesterday, but one day late isn't bad.  It was SO nice to get back to spin class this morning!  We were in France and Kansas City for the last half of December, so sticking to working out was hard there. 
We were able to get some hikes and runs in while in beautiful Annecy and on our trip to Chamonix to ski at Brevent.  This picture is from the train ride up the other side of the mountain there. It was breathtaking!  I journaled most of it in my written journal too! Then we went to Kansas City to spend quality time with family.  We were really lazy there but it felt good to take some time to relax!!

Now that we are back to normal life, it always takes awhile to get my patients built up again, so I'm slow at work so I can focus on other things!  However, I already feel like there is a lot on my to do list and I don't feel like doing any of it, especially charting on my new patient yesterday!  I did make this blog a priority this morning after spin class though! And I already took some advice from Stef's project....she is trying NOT to multitask, so I tried that with this short blog entry and it felt good to not be doing 100 things at once, although I do feel like that is a strength in my productivity! :)  Ok, now off to do those 100 other things! :)
